Lindsey Peters possesses extensive experience in data analysis and business strategy, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Analysis & Experimentation at Evolytics since 2020, where previous roles included Sr. Data Analyst and Manager of Decision Strategy. Prior to this, Lindsey worked at the University of Iowa as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, focusing on fostering interest in Business Analytics, and held an internship as a Data and Financial Analyst at Success Bank, contributing to strategic decision-making through dashboard development and process optimization. Experience at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley as a Financial Analyst involved conducting a Gender Equity Study to improve hiring practices, complemented by a background in administrative analysis.
