Chris Watson-Bell

Chris Watson-Bell has extensive work experience in recruitment. Chris is currently working as a Principal Recruiter at EVONA, where they are responsible for matching talented candidates in the space sector with multinational companies. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at EVONA, focusing on empowering growth within the space sector through excellent service and experience.

Chris also served as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Huboo Fulfilment, where they deployed technical staff and served as a senior recruiter. Chris managed stakeholders across various departments and was involved in recruitment, onboarding, reporting, data analysis, and advising on strategy.

Before that, Chris worked as a Recruitment Consultant at fortice, sourcing technical consultants for large public sector programs. Chris started their recruitment career as a Technical Resourcer at JMC Recruitment Solutions Ltd, where they were responsible for sourcing candidates, advertising roles, screening candidates, and presenting CVs to clients.

In addition, Chris had a brief role as a Candidate Manager at ADLIB, where they worked with a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.

Chris Watson-Bell attended the University of Plymouth from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws - LLB degree, focusing on Law.
