Tracy Hodges

Tracy Hodges has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Tracy is currently serving as the Global Head of Service Operations at EVORA Global since January 2023. Before that, they worked as a Technology Leadership and Performance Coach at Tracy Hodges Career Coaching from January 2020 onwards.

Prior to their coaching role, Tracy held the position of an Agile Delivery Manager (CONTRACT) at Olive Jar Digital from December 2018 to July 2021. Tracy also worked as a Senior Digital Delivery Manager (CONTRACT) at HM Revenue & Customs from January 2018 to December 2018.

Tracy's previous experience includes working as the Head of Technology & Operations at NHS Property Services Ltd from July 2016 to December 2017, where they developed operational strategies and managed technology teams. Tracy also served as an IT Manager - Infrastructure Projects Portfolio and Service Improvement Manager at Schroders from March 2013 to June 2016 and October 2012 to March 2013 respectively.

In addition, Tracy held the role of an Associate IT Director (IT Operations & Project Portfolio Management) at AEW Europe LLP (Natixis Group) from October 2011 to October 2012. Tracy has also worked at Intu Properties plc as an IT Project Portfolio Manager from January 2010 to October 2011, and as a Project Manager from June 2009 to January 2010.

Tracy's earlier roles include Project Manager (IT Project Portfolio Lead) at Invista Real Estate Investment Management from October 2007 to May 2009, and a Project Consultant (Deutsche Bank) at Altran UK (Formerly Sutherland Consulting) from May 2007 to October 2007.

Tracy Hodges is currently pursuing an MSc in Organizational Psychology at the University of London, with studies beginning in 2021. In terms of additional certifications, Tracy obtained a Transformational Coaching Method certification from the Health Coach Institute in February 2021. In January 2021, Tracy also received a Primary Certificate in Stress Management from the Centre for Stress Management. Prior to these certifications, Tracy obtained an IAFPD Primary Certificate in Performance Coaching from the Centre for Coaching, UK in November 2020. Similarly, in November 2020, Tracy became a Licensed Firework Career Coach through Careershifters. Additionally, Tracy has received several certifications related to coaching, including: Certified Life Coach, Career Coaching Practice, and Certified Health Coach, all obtained in 2020 from the Health Coach Institute and Full Circle Global. Tracy also has certifications in Agile Service Management, ISEB IT Enabled Business Change, ISEB ITIL Business Analysis Essentials, ITIL Change Management Practitioner, ITIL Service Management Foundation, P30 Portfolio, Programme and Projects, and Prince2 Practitioner, although the specific completion dates for these certifications are not provided.
