Koert Schouten completed their Pre-University Education ("VWO") at Dr. Nassau College Assen, Netherlands, from 1979 to 1985. During this time, they studied subjects such as Dutch, English, Latin, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Following this, they pursued a Masters ("Drs.") degree in Economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam from 1985 to 1991.
