Eugeny Prudchyenko

Eugeny Prudchyenko is the CEO and Co-founder of EvoShare, an ecosystem of employers and local businesses that gives cash-back to your retirement plan as you do your daily shopping regardless of payment method. Founded in 2015, EvoShare’s automated funds transfer system captures each spend by participating consumers and shares 1-20% with their retirement account.

Prior to EvoShare, Eugeny was the CFO and Co-founder of AntiTaxi, a mobile, ride-sharing and booking service like Uber and Lyft in the US that started under the umbrella of Mobile Technologies of the Ukraine. Much like Uber, it became part of the fabric and vernacular of Eastern Europe – “I am going to 'anti-taxi' to the airport”. With its success, Eugeny and their partner Dan Tseytlonok saw the opportunity to spin it out on its own and further disrupt the traditional taxi industry. AntiTaxi continues operations in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Georgia and Belarus.

Eugeny began their career as the CEO and Founder of 888 Ltd, a company they grew for six years before becoming the Senior Sales Manager at Crystal Group Ukraine. It was during their time at Crystal Group Ukraine that Eugeny met their future business partner Dan Tseytlonok.

Eugeny has a long history of entrepreneurial successes, strategic thinking, and business development. Their experience building businesses from the ground up has been invaluable in growing EvoShare into the company it is today.

Eugeniy Prudchyenko has a Master's Degree in Physical Sciences from Donetsk National University, which they obtained between 1996 and 2001. Eugeny also has an education from Donetsk National University.
