Sergiu Pocan

Sergiu Pocan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst and Lead Business Systems Analyst at Evozon since May 2018, Sergiu leads a team of five business systems analysts and is responsible for mentoring junior analysts while standardizing business analysis practices across the company. Additionally, since March 2022, Sergiu operates as a Trainer and Consultant at Colors in Projects. Prior to Evozon, Sergiu held various roles at Ariane Systems from 2006 to April 2018, including Business Analyst, Project Delivery Manager, and Software Developer. Sergiu holds a Bachelor's degree from Babes-Bolyai University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
