Susan Katz Mba

Susan Katz MBA, PLY has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Susan'smost recent role is as the Senior Director of Talent and HR at Evozyne, which they started in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Biogen for five years, holding various positions including Human Resources Program Manager and Global Co-Chair of the AccessAbility Employee Resource Network. In these roles, they oversaw people strategy and operations, leadership development programs, and drove global diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Susan also has experience in talent acquisition and recruiting, having worked at North Bridge Staffing Group as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter. Before that, they were the Assistant Store Manager at lululemon athletica, and the Director of Paralympic & Disability Sport at World Sport Chicago. Susan began their career in communications, working as a Communications Manager at the USOC and Communications Coordinator at Lakeshore Foundation. Susan holds an MBA and has a strong background in HR, talent management, and DE+I initiatives.
