John Demarco

John DeMarco is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in labor relations and human resources management. Currently serving as the Director of Labor Relations at EVRAZ North America since December 2006, John is responsible for developing and executing labor relations strategies, leading contract negotiations, managing arbitration cases, and overseeing compliance with labor agreements while fostering positive union relationships. Previously, John held the position of Director of Human Resources at EVRAZ Claymont, where a strong employee relations program maintained non-union status for seven years. John's earlier roles include Division Manager of HR at ArcelorMittal USA, supervising HR functions for around 2,500 employees, and managing human resources and labor relations at Bethlehem Steel & Lukens, Inc. John holds a Master’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Saint Francis University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
