Daren Weber is an experienced underground miner with a career spanning over a decade in the mining industry. Currently employed as an Underground Miner at Small Mine Development, LLC since September 2019, Daren has previously held roles as a Lead Miner at Hecla Mining and Klondex Mines Ltd., where responsibilities included leading mining operations and shifting duties. Earlier experience includes working as a miner in various capacities, including narrow vein mining and operating jackleg and bolter equipment at companies such as American Mining and Tunneling and Small Mine Development. Daren began the professional journey after earning a high school diploma from Battle Mountain High School and furthered education at Truckee Meadows Community College.
