Petya Valkova

Petya Valkova is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and business development, currently serving as Chief Product Officer at Evrotrust since July 2019. Previous roles include Product Manager and Business Development Manager at Evrotrust, as well as Head of Customer Experience at NN from April 2014 to July 2019. Petya's earlier career includes significant positions at ING Insurance Central and Rest of Europe as Head of Customer Contact Centre, and a range of roles at Postbank (Eurobank Bulgaria AD) including Sales Supervisor and Customer Service Officer. Petya holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Technical University of Sofia, earned between 2002 and 2006.
