Michael Montague

Michael Montague, P.E. is a Project Engineer II at EVS, Inc. since June 2022, previously serving as a Project Engineer at CDM Smith from January 2019 to May 2022, focusing on hydrology, hydraulics, and regulatory information for FEMA Letter of Map Revisions (LOMRs) and Conditional Letter of Map Revisions (CLOMR).
