César Naddeo

César Naddeo has a wealth of work experience. César began their career in 2014 as a Senior Technical Support Analyst for Concentrix Brasil. In 2018, they moved to ADP as a Junior Payroll Analyst, where they gained experience in the eSocial system. In 2019, they joined Loggi as a Human Resources Assistant, where they were responsible for leading the entire admission process for the company. In 2020, they joined Creditas as a People Operations Jr, and then moved to Ewally in 2022 as a People Operations.

César Naddeo is a professional with a diverse educational background. César began their education in 2012, obtaining an Assistente Administrativo degree from Senai São Paulo in 2013. César then attended Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes, where they earned a Tecnólogo degree in Gestão de Recursos Humanos. In 2019, they obtained a Bacharelado em Comunicação from Faculdades Integradas Campos Salles, with a focus on Relações Públicas, Publicidade e Comunicação Aplicada. Currently, they are enrolled in Centro Universitário FAM, where they are working towards a Bacharelado em Jogos Digitais, with a focus on Programação de Jogos Digitais. In addition, César Naddeo holds a Facilitador Service Excellence certification from ADP, obtained in December 2018.
