Roland Schekelinski

Roland Schekelinski has extensive experience in the media and sports sectors, currently serving as PR-Manager and Pressesprecher at EWE Baskets Oldenburg since May 2016. Prior to this role, Roland held multiple senior positions at DFL Digital Sports GmbH from November 2012 to April 2016, including Senior Product Manager for Mobile and Sonderprojekte, as well as leading product management in the content area. Roland's career began at SPORT1 GmbH, where from September 1999 to October 2012, roles included Redaktionsleiter for online, mobile, and teletext platforms, along with various editorial responsibilities. Additional early experience includes a volunteer position at DSF New Media and freelance work for Nordwest-Zeitung. Roland holds a Diplom-Ökonom in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from the University of Bremen and completed Abitur at Wirtschaftsgymnasium Oldenburg.
