Janine Bessert's work experience includes a role as a Projektmanagerin im Bereich Vertriebsanalyse & VP-Management at EWE Tel GmbH starting in December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Projektmanagerin Vertrieb/CRM at viaprinto | CEWE Stiftung & Co. KGaA from August 2019 to November 2021. In 2019, they also worked as a Personal- und Kundenberaterin at Weser-Ems-Personal GmbH from May to July. From May 2018 to April 2019, they took a break to travel the world through travelhappens.de. Before that, they worked as a Sachbearbeiterin im Kunden- / Vertriebsinnendienst at Brötje Heizung Kundendienst GmbH from June 2013 to May 2018.

Janine Bessert completed their education at two different institutions. From 2014 to 2018, they attended FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Betriebswirtschaft & Wirtschaftspsychologie. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2013, they studied at Berufsbildende Schule Varel and obtained an IHK degree in Industriekauffrau.
