Elin Östman

Elin Malveholm is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Leader of Offshore Safety at Equinor, responsible for advising on safety within various operational activities. With previous roles at Statoil, including Senior Engineer Operations and Project Leader, Elin has a strong background in project management and implementation of Lean methodologies. Elin has also contributed as a Corporate AKAN committee member and held various financial analyst positions, providing business services across multiple sectors. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategic Marketing and Knowledge Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, complemented by early experience as a student ambassador and an entertainer.
