Izabela Falkowska

Izabela Falkowska is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client coordination, business operations, account management, and recruitment within the IT sector. Currently serving as a Client Coordinator at Ework Group since October 2015, Izabela manages assignment delivery issues and supports clients, while also leading project extensions. Previous roles include Business Operations Partner, where Izabela facilitated contract negotiations for approximately 300 IT consultants, and Account Manager, where responsibilities involved developing customer relations and increasing sales.
