Monika Niewiadomska

Monika Niewiadomska-Hegyessy is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a People Lead and HR Partner for Ework Group since January 2020, Monika provides business advice, oversees HR and payroll processes, ensures compliance with Polish legislation, and conducts various HR projects. Prior to this, Monika worked as an HR Service Delivery Counselor at Covance and held an Office Manager/HR Administrator position at Ivanti, where responsibilities included benefits administration, onboarding, and compliance management. Monika's career began in the fitness industry as a Reception Manager and Receptionist at Zdrofit Fitness Club. Monika holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Pedagogics from Uniwersytet Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie.
