Caroline Graham

Caroline Graham is an experienced leader in People and Culture, currently serving as the Interim GM People and Culture at the Energy and Water Ombudsman (Victoria) since April 2024. Prior roles include General Manager of Employee Experience at MLC Life Insurance, where Caroline focused on enhancing employee engagement, and Head of Capability, Culture and Communication at Holding Redlich. Caroline has also provided executive coaching through Caroline Graham Consulting, led HR initiatives at KPMG Australia, and held various HR leadership positions across organizations like Ferrier Hodgson, VicRoads, and Allens. Caroline holds an MBA from Deakin University, a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Deakin University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University.
