Jacob Uzana

Jacob Uzana has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jacob is currently working at EX.CO as the VP of Customer Operations, a role they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they were the Head of Operations at EX.CO from June 2021 to January 2023.

Before joining EX.CO, Jacob worked at Cedato where they held various positions. Jacob was the VP Operations from June 2020 to June 2021, Director of Operations from January 2019 to June 2020, and Head of Customer Success from July 2018 to January 2019.

Prior to Cedato, Jacob worked at Positive Mobile, where they held the role of VP Operations from December 2016 to January 2018. Jacob was also the Head of Mobile from October 2015 to November 2016 and the Head of Demand from January 2015 to October 2015.

Earlier in their career, Jacob worked at RSA, The Security Division of EMC. Jacob held the position of Technical Team Lead from 2012 to 2014, Shift Manager from 2010 to 2012, and Fraud Analyst from 2009 to 2010. In their role as Shift Manager, they were responsible for managing shifts, coordinating with project managers, salesmen, and account managers, and maintaining relationships with financial institutes and internet service providers worldwide.

Jacob Uzana obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Ruppin Academic Center, which they pursued from 2009 to 2012.
