Shay Hadar

Shay Hadar is an experienced software professional with a strong background in full-stack development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Full-stack Team Leader at Ex Libris since 2020, Shay Hadar manages a team focused on developing a web-based library management system. Previous roles include Senior Software Engineer at ControlRad, where development of an Android application for reducing X-ray radiation occurred, as well as Sr Software Engineer at MKS Instruments, where leadership of an Android team and development of applications for laser measuring and PC connectivity were key responsibilities. Shay Hadar also held leadership positions at Ness Technologies and Opisoft, overseeing software development projects and team assignments, and has experience as a Software Engineer in various organizations, including the Israel Central Bureau of Statistics and EasyRun, Inc. Shay Hadar holds a degree in Computer Science and Economics from Bar-Ilan University.
