Allan Vado Loaiza

Allan Vado Loaiza has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Allan began their career in 2006 as a Technical Support personnel at Serteko Tecnologia Actual. Allan then worked as a Mathematics Teacher at the Ministerio de Educación Pública de Costa Rica from 2008 to 2009. In 2011, they served as the Secretary of Student Wellbeing at Tecnológico de Costa Rica.

From 2012 to 2014, Allan worked as an Electronic Engineer at Tec Team, where they contributed to the development of the sustainable home "Tropika" and designed an Electronic Medical Device Pill Dosification System. Allan joined Softtek as a Test Engineer in 2015 and was primarily involved in the development and verification of HP Networking Products.

Allan's next endeavor was at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they worked as both a Software Engineer and a QA Engineer. As a Software Engineer from 2016 to 2020, they developed diagnostic tools used in factories for server manufacturing and designed automated testing processes. In their role as a QA Engineer, Allan executed test plans, identified and debugged issues, and ensured software quality.

From 2020 to 2022, Allan worked as a QA Engineer at Novacomp, where they executed test plans, identified errors, created defects, and ensured high-quality software systems.

Currently, Allan is a QA Engineer at Outcoding, starting in 2022. Allan'sresponsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing automated and manual software test cases. Allan also executes regression tasks, identifies edge cases, and maintains test cases for quality assurance.

Throughout their career, Allan has showcased their expertise in software testing, debugging, test case execution, and ensuring the highest quality standards of software systems are met. Allan'stechnical skills, combined with their valuable experience in different industries, make him a well-rounded and accomplished professional.

Allan Vado Loaiza obtained a Lic. Electronics Engineering degree in Ingeniería eléctrica y electrónica from Tecnológico de Costa Rica. Allan attended the institution from 2005 to 2014. Additionally, they pursued further education in networking by completing two courses at Tecnológico de Costa Rica: CISCO CCNA Exploration: LAN Switching and Wireless in 2013, and CISCO CCNA Exploration: Network Fundamentals in 2012.

In terms of certifications, Allan Vado Loaiza has obtained several additional qualifications. Allan was awarded the Team Building Cultura de Paz Corporativa Certificate from Synchronicity in August 2023. In January 2022, they achieved the Scrum Fundamentals Certified designation from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile. Furthermore, they acquired expertise in JMeter: Performance and Load Testing, Selenium esencial, and Visual Studio: Unit Tests esencial through LinkedIn certifications in December 2020.
