Phillip Via

Phillip Via is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at EXA Srl since June 2017, Phillip has previously held positions at RXR Realty as an Assistant Project Manager from 2016 to June 2017, and at Michilli Inc. as a Junior Project Manager from February 2015 to June 2016. Further experience includes a role as Project Manager at Synthesis, Inc. from March 2012 to February 2015, as well as Assistant Project Manager positions at the Lower Manhattan Construction Command Center and the NYC Department of Design and Construction in 2011 and 2010-2011, respectively. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the Polytechnic Institute of NYU, earned between 2008 and 2012.
