Tom Shannon

Tom Shannon currently serves as a Senior Financial Analyst at Exabeam since December 2024, following an extensive tenure at O'Reilly from November 2012 to December 2024, where Tom played key roles in financial reporting and analysis. During this period, Tom developed comprehensive reporting dashboards and executed in-depth financial analyses contributing to ARR growth strategies. Prior positions included various analytical roles that enhanced operational efficiency through performance dashboard creation and data-driven insights. Tom's leadership experience includes significant contributions to Delta Sigma Pi, as Asset Development Chair and VP of Alumni Relations, organizing major alumni events. Tom holds a Master of Science in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing and Logistics from Arizona State University's W. P.
