Vu Pham

Vu Pham has extensive experience in technical support and escalation roles. Vu started their career as an Associate Network Engineer at McData Corporation, where they provided network monitoring services and support for Cisco Layer2/3/VPN/Firewalls, Applications, and SAN network infrastructures. Vu then joined Brocade as a Technical Support Engineer and quickly rose to become a Level 3 Escalation Engineer, where they provided deep-level support for FastIron/ICX routing and switching products. In addition, they also worked as a Network Managed Solutions Engineer, where they helped design, develop, and manage NMS infrastructure for real-time network visibility. Vu continued their career at Ruckus Networks and Ruckus Networks, an ARRIS company, serving as a Principal Technical Support Engineer and resolving complex technical issues in TCP/IP, routing, and switching in multi-vendor environments. Currently, Vu Pham is working at Exabeam as a Principal Escalation Engineer.

Vu Pham earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Minnesota, completing their studies from 2001 to 2006. They are currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Minnesota State University Moorhead, expected to be completed in 2022. In addition, they have obtained a certification in "Learning Docker" from LinkedIn in 2022.
