Kevin Foo

Kevin Foo is the current Head of Cybersecurity at Exabytes. Kevin has over 17 years of experience in the IT Security industry. Kevin has previously worked as a Cybersecurity Engineer at JD.COM, a Senior Information Security Specialist at Standard Chartered Global Business Services, an IT Security Consultant at DHL IT Services, and a Principal Engineer, Security at TIME dotCom Berhad. Kevin has also been a Security Researcher (Malaysian Chapter) at The Honeynet Project where they managed sensors and servers used in network attack analysis, and designed and developed a platform to facilitate studies on malware analysis and network security threats. Kevin has also worked as an IT Security Analyst at Zaid Ibrahim & Co, and as an Audit and Assurance advisor at Shamsir Jasani Grant Thornton.

Kevin Foo studied accounting at Multimedia University and graduated with a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) degree. Kevin then went on to get certified by Radware in Radware Certified Security Specialist for DefensePro and AppWall (RCSS), GIAC in GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), International Register of Certified Auditors (IRCA) in ISO/IEC 27001:2005 Lead Auditor Course, Linux Professional Institute in LPIC1, and Qualys in QualysGuard Certified Specialist.

Kevin Foo reports to Chan Kee Siak, CEO. Kevin Foo works with Ooi Poh Yan - VP, Business Development, Guan Tian Lai - SVP, Technical, and Arren Tan - Enterprise Sales Director.
