Dale Wollschleger

Dale M. Wollschleger, RPh, is the Founder of ExactCare Pharmacy and a nationally recognized health care entrepreneur. Dale established ExactCare in 2009 and today is CEO and President of the company.

With a personal vision and mission to improve the quality of life for patients through innovative health care solutions, Dale built ExactCare on the foundation of a disruptive high-touch medication management model to help medically complex, high-risk patients achieve better health.

ExactCare’s approach helps chronic patients overcome the challenges of polypharmacy while enabling health care organizations to achieve better clinical and economic outcomes, including substantial total-cost-of-care savings. The company utilizes a long-term-care pharmacy-at-home model coupled with proprietary technology and automation to provide customized care tailored to each patient’s needs.

Since its establishment, ExactCare has grown from three employees in one state to more than 300 employees across the country. Today, ExactCare helps tens of thousands of patients each year achieve safer, more effective medication regimens, adhere to complex daily medication routines and, ultimately, improve their health.

As a serial entrepreneur, Dale has owned and operated a number of health care companies throughout his career, including retail, specialty and mail-order pharmacies and a durable medical equipment company. In 2014, he was named the Entrepreneur Of The Year and went on to become a Top 4 National Finalist in the Life Sciences Category, Award winner. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from Ohio Northern University and is a registered pharmacist.
