Sam Naarden

Sam Naarden is a Senior Business Controller at Exact since June 2022, focusing on the management of acquired Tech/SaaS companies and supporting ongoing M&A activities. Prior to this role, Sam served at Accuracy from April 2018 to June 2022, advancing through various positions, including Manager and Senior Associate, providing strategic consulting in M&A transactions and crises for a global clientele. Sam's earlier experience includes an investment consulting role at Willis Towers Watson from September 2016 to February 2018, where portfolio advice and risk performance reporting for institutional portfolios were key responsibilities. Currently, Sam is pursuing an Executive Master of Finance & Control at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, complementing a previous MSc in Finance obtained with honors from the same institution.
