Deb Groskreutz

Deb Groskreutz is a seasoned professional in software engineering and bioinformatics, currently serving as Sr Director of Software Engineering - Laboratory at Exact Sciences since August 2022. With a career spanning over two decades, Deb founded and led Database Engineers Bringing You Real Answers (DEBYRA, LLC) from January 2006 to September 2022, focusing on custom development and regulatory compliance in software systems. Previous roles include Senior Director of Software Engineering at AltheaDx and Principal Applications Scientist/Team Lead at Dotmatics, where efforts were directed toward understanding customer needs and implementing tailored solutions. Experience also encompasses key positions at Hologic, Third Wave Technologies, Invitrogen, Accelrys, Epic, and Promega Corporation, with expertise in Oracle database applications, software development life cycles, and bioinformatics.
