Carrie Roy

Carrie Roy is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in business development and recruitment. Currently serving as National Business Director at Exact Staff since April 2005, Carrie has also held the position of Regional Team Leader and Account Manager. Prior experience includes serving as an Executive Recruiter at Ethos Search Consultants from August 2000 to April 2005 and as an Account Executive at AMY ZIMMERMAN & ASSOCIATES, INC. from 1997 to 2000. Earlier in Carrie’s career, an Operations Supervisor role at Hallstar from 1990 to 1997 was also undertaken. Educational credentials include a B.A. in Liberal Studies from California State University-Dominguez Hills and a degree in Graphic Design from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, alongside a diploma from Rolling Hills High School.
