Christopher Vella is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of Exacta Solutions Ltd since November 2019, Christopher brings expertise in recruitment services. Christopher has also served on the Board of Directors at VGW since November 2016 and held the position of Director at Ambra Recruitment Malta from January 2018 to August 2019. With a strong background in operational management as Group COO of The Conexus Group from January 2016 to August 2019, Christopher oversaw various functions within the organization.
