Donna H. Edwards

Donna Edwards was named general counsel and senior vice president of Legal in January 2020. She joined Exactech in 2001 and has served in various leadership roles, including legal coordinator, corporate attorney, interim compliance officer and president of Legal. Previously, she served as the company’s affairs coordinator of Regulatory.

Edwards received a Bachelor of Science from Duke University and a J.D. from the University of Alabama.
