Christy McDonald has extensive work experience in various roles. From 2015 onwards, they worked at Exactera, starting as a Business Development Sales Manager. In this role, they provided Transfer Pricing documentation and Managed Outsourcing services to multinational corporations. Christy then transitioned to the position of Enterprise Sales Account Executive, where they excelled in building relationships, customer service, and closing sales. Eventually, they became a Founding Member and Director of Sales, and later the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Exactera.
Prior to their time at Exactera, Christy McDonald was the Director of Human Resources at House of Sports from 2012 to 2015. In this role, they established the HR department, wrote policies and procedures, recruited and trained staff, and created training materials. Christy also played a key role in marketing campaigns, driving revenue, and managing various programs and teams.
Christy McDonald obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College, with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
