Stephon Strode, MBA has a diverse work experience in various customer service and managerial roles. Stephon is currently working at Exactuals as a Customer Success Manager where they are responsible for maintaining positive relationships with enterprise clients and providing daily administrative support for their proprietary software solutions. Stephon Strode completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Belmont University between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's of Basic of Applied Sciences (BS) degree from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2000 to 2005. Their major was Animal Science with a Pre-Vet Concentration, and they also minored in Business Administration.
In addition to their formal education, Stephon Strode has obtained several certifications. Stephon received a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Belmont University in August 2021. Stephon also participated in the Young Leaders Council in November 2020 and obtained the Competent Communicator certification from Toastmasters International in March 2020. Furthermore, they earned the HDI (Help Desk Institute) Support Center Analyst certification from the Help Desk Institute in April 2014.
