Francis Williams is an experienced technology professional currently serving as Chief Technology Officer and Principal Consultant - Backend at ExaDev since July 2013, where responsibilities include leading internal project development and developer training. In addition, Francis is the CTO of Billsaas and holds various roles at VibePay, including Director and Senior Consultant Software Engineer, focusing on software development and architectural consulting. With extensive experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, developing applications, and teaching software engineering, Francis has also worked as a Lead Developer at Infinity Business Advancement Systems Ltd. and contributed to projects in academic settings.
