Hemal Shah has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They started their career in 2011 as a Senior Analyst at Integreon, where they conducted extensive cross-industry research and provided valuable insights to clients in the investment banking division of Credit Suisse. In 2012, Hemal joined Williams Lea as a Senior Associate, working with clients, including Deutsche Bank's Investment Banking Division. They conducted complex business research projects, handled ad-hoc research projects, and provided various research services to clients. In 2017, Hemal became an Assistant Manager at LatentView Analytics, where they worked until 2020, gaining experience in analytics and management. From 2020 to 2021, Hemal worked as a Sales Engineer at Crayon Data, and currently, they are with Exafluence, specializing in product management, presales, and business development.
Hemal Shah has a diverse education history. Hemal holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in International Business and Management from Sheffield Hallam University. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Calcutta. Hemal also attended Birla High School in Kolkata, where they obtained the CBSE degree in Business/Commerce, General.
In addition to their formal education, Hemal Shah has also completed several certifications. Hemal obtained the certification of Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) through a training program offered by Simplilearn in July 2022. Other certifications include "Introduction to Web APIs" and "Learning REST APIs" from LinkedIn in June 2021, "Customer Analytics" from Wharton Online in February 2020, and "Marketing Analytics" from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in October 2017. Hemal has also completed courses such as "Project Management: The Basics for Success" from UC Irvine and various DataCamp courses including "Intro to SQL for Data Science," "Introduction to R," and "Joining Data in SQL." Hemal also has knowledge of SQL through a course offered by Stanford University.
