Lauren Parisi

Lauren Parisi has a lengthy career history in talent acquisition and recruitment. Lauren began their career in 2007 as a Brand Associate at Old Navy, and later became a Business Operations Manager. In 2010, they joined U.S. Bank as a Universal Banker and Bank Teller. In 2013, they worked as an Intern at Walt Disney World. In 2014, they returned to U.S. Bank as a Branch Assistant Manager and Teller Manager. In 2019, they became a Professional Recruiter at ECM Consultancy. In 2021, they joined Christine Mathews Consulting, a OneDigital Company, as a Talent Acquisition Partner. In 2022, they moved to Exai Bio in the same role, and also began working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Eikon Therapeutics.

Lauren Parisi attended Miami University from 2010 to 2014, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
