Shalisia-Earth H.

Shalisia-Earth H. is an experienced educator and entrepreneur with a diverse background in youth development and community service. Currently serving as the Lead Teacher at exalt since March 2021, Shalisia-Earth H. elevates expectations for youth involved in the criminal justice system, facilitating program cycles and individual strategic plans aimed at fostering educational and professional growth. As the Founder of Earth Toned Collective, established in September 2018, Shalisia-Earth H. promotes a lifestyle brand centered on appreciation for nature through up-cycled garments and holistic wellness. Previous roles include Lead Preschool Teacher at SAVING OUR BABIES INC, where early learning curricula were created for young children, and Medication Coordinator at Services for the UnderServed, providing support to individuals with disabilities. Additionally, Shalisia-Earth H. founded Builders Circle, a community organization focused on the development of underserved youth. Education was acquired at Cheyney University of Pennsylvania.
