Christine Bhosale is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple regions. Currently serving as the Chief People & Culture Officer at Exasol since July 2023, Christine has also held significant positions such as Global Director of People & Culture for EMEA & APAC at Aras Corporation and Vice President of Human Resources at ADITO Software GmbH. Prior experiences include consulting roles and HR management within international organizations, demonstrating a strong background in strategic HR, business partnership, and organizational development. Christine holds a degree in Business Administration, specializing in International Business, from the University at Buffalo and has pursued further education at the Singapore Institute of Management and the School of Applied Social Sciences. Additionally, Christine manages a family environment, providing dedicated support to two young children while fostering their development.
