Karolina Chruszczewska

Karolina Chruszczewska has worked as a Senior HR Specialist at EXATEL since November 2021. Prior to that, they served as an IT Recruiter/freelancer at HRBeast from October 2018 to October 2021. From October 2016 to August 2018, they worked as an IT Delivery Consultant at Square One Resources, and they started their career as an IT Research Consultant at Lobo HR from April 2016 to September 2016.

Karolina Chruszczewska completed their education with a Master's degree in Hydrogeology from the University of Warsaw from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Geology from the same university, studying from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Karolina also obtained a certification in UX Design from UNIQSKILLS through their UX Design Bootcamp in May 2018.
