Ian Mills

Ian Mills has extensive work experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on drilling supervision and engineering. Ian started their career at Shell in 1985 as a Well Engineer (Drilling Supervisor) and held various senior positions within the company, including roles in Norway, Canada, and Aberdeen. In 1996, they joined Norske Shell EP as a Senior Drilling Supervisor before moving to BP Norway in 1998 as a Drilling Supervisor/ Superintendent. Ian worked at BP for three years and then joined BP as a Technical Limit Leader in 2001. In 2005, they became the Managing Director at Exceed (XCD Limited).
