Nick Rozwadowski

Nick Rozwadowski, RA, currently serves as Operations Manager at Excel Construction of Florida since April 2018 and is the Owner of Rozwadowski Group, specializing in 3D visualization, architectural photography, and graphic design since March 2011. Previously, Nick held positions as Associate/Project Architect in the Healthcare Division at HKS, Inc., Project Architect at Gresham, Smith and Partners, and Architect at SB Architects, managing luxury hospitality and residential projects. Additional experience includes roles as Intern Architect at Sousa Architecture, P.A., Construction Project Manager at Wayne Development Corporation and Pillar Development Group, and drawing production roles at Design Poole, Inc., and Holeman Suman Architects Inc. Nick earned an M.Arch in Architecture from Florida International University and a BA in Marketing from Michigan State University.
