Roland van Olst

Roland Van Olst is an accomplished executive in the electrical and HVAC industries with extensive leadership experience. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Start Electric and Excel Heating & Air Conditioning, Roland has previously held significant roles at Spark Power, including Executive Vice President and President, and spent nearly three decades at New Electric where responsibilities spanned from Vice President of Operations to Branch Manager. Roland's career began as an Electrical Apprentice, leading to a deep understanding of electrical systems and project management. Roland holds a 309A Red Seal in Construction and Maintenance Electrician from Mohawk College.
