Aman Naithani

Aman Naithani began their career in 2001 as a Software Developer at Edge Solutions(P) Ltd. In 2003, they joined Hughes Software Systems as Technical Support, where they were responsible for troubleshooting technical queries and given additional responsibility of handling the data process team. In 2004, they co-founded a software startup and served as Partner, Head-IT, working closely with clients to understand their business processes. In 2006, they joined Morgon Samuel-Pilot Retail in the United Kingdom as IT-Administrator, where they worked on retail software and preparation of various reports. In 2009, they became a Consultant for the National Institute of Rural Development for the state of Uttarakhand. In 2011, they became the CEO of Technovant Solutions, a company passionate about IT, seamless functionality and cutting-edge technology. In 2019, they joined ExcelGens, Inc. as Director-Projects, where they identified new business opportunities, generated leads, and worked closely with the top management to strategize and create a road map for the projects vertical of the company.

Aman Naithani obtained their MBA-IT from Coventry University in 2007. Prior to that, they completed a Specialized Diploma in Business Management from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad in 2006. From 1996 to 2000, they obtained a B.E-Computer Science from Dr K.N Modi Institute Of Engineering and Technology. Lastly, they completed Class 10th & 12th from Marshall's School, Dehradun in 1993.
