Mahreen Rashid

Mahreen Rashid is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and organizational management. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of People Services at Excella since July 2014, Mahreen Rashid has held various leadership roles, including People Services Director and Human Resources Director. Prior to Excella, Mahreen Rashid worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Lead Associate specializing in Human Capital Consulting from July 2009 to July 2014. Early career experience includes roles at SHRM as a Strategic Planning and Graduate HR Intern, and as a Recruiter at both SpectrumCareers and CMCS. Mahreen Rashid also served as a Human Resources Specialist at Marriott International. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Management and Organization from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business and a BA in Communication from the University of Maryland.
