Jason Helsdon

Jason Helsdon has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jason started their career at Zale as a District Sales Manager, overseeing sales and service management for multiple locations. Jason then moved on to Target, where they served as an Executive Team Leader of Human Resources, responsible for managing a staff of 145 individuals and maintaining budget constraints. Jason later joined REEDS Jewelers as an Assistant Director of Store Operations & Human Resources, managing sales, operations, and human resources across multiple states. Jason also worked at Citizens Bank as a Training and Development Officer, focusing on training and development for new hires. Jason then transitioned to Crego Realty Group as a Real Estate Agent, working primarily with new home buyers. Jason'smost recent role was at Excellus BCBS, where they held several positions, including Director of Talent Acquisition, Director of Talent Management and Administration, and Human Resource Business Partner.
