Sady Alvarado-Fischer has extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion work. Sady currently serves as the Vice President, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer at Excellus BCBS, where they lead a team and ensures that DEI is integrated into the company's long-term strategic plan. Sady Alvarado-Fischer has a diverse and extensive education history. Sady obtained their M.S. in Leadership & Organizational Change from Nazareth University between the years 2020 and 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a B.A. in Gender Studies at SUNY Empire State College from 2005 to 2009.
