Michelle Erickson

Michelle Erickson has extensive experience in financial and accounting roles. Their most recent position was as a Financial Controller at Open to Work, a role they started in April 2021. Prior to that, Michelle worked at Excelon Solutions starting in January 2023, where they held the position of Controller, Accounting Manager, and Cost Accounting Manager.

From 2018 to 2020, Michelle worked as a Financial Controller at Avlon Industries, Inc., a privately held family-owned hair care manufacturing company. Before that, they were the Director of Operational Finance at The Jel Sert Company from 2015 to 2018, where they also served as the Assistant Controller from 2010 to 2015.

Building on their undergraduate education, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing at the same institution from 1994 to 1997.

In addition to their degrees, Michelle Erickson has obtained the Certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from MicroTrain Technologies in October 2020.
