Eric Byrd

Eric Byrd is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in both human resources and the performing arts. Currently serving as the People Operations Manager at Excelsior Accounting Services, LLC, since September 2022, Eric manages comprehensive operational functions, including payroll and employee experience. Additionally, as an Instructor of Musical Theatre at the University of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music, Eric teaches audition techniques and oversees the New York Senior Showcase course. Previous experience includes roles as Assistant Company Manager at Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, Associate Artistic Director at The Children's Theatre of Cincinnati, and Casting Associate at Stewart/Whitley, contributing significantly to various theatrical productions. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from Wright State University and is pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources at the University of Cincinnati.
