Needika Adhikari

Needika Adhikari is a Senior Analyst in Asset Management at Excelsior Energy Capital. Prior to this, Needika worked as a Graduate Consultant at the U.S. Department of Commerce and as a Junior Legal Consultant at Deloitte. Needika has experience in drafting legal documents, advising on concession agreements for PPP projects, and conducting policy research on entrepreneurship development. Needika holds a Master's degree from Harvard Kennedy School and a LLM in International Law and Legal Studies from The Fletcher School at Tufts University.
