Neil Katz

Neil Katz, SPHR, RBLP-T, is the CEO and Founder of Exceptional HR Solutions, established in 2008, offering a range of HR services including fractional HR, managed payroll services, and executive coaching. Katz holds leadership positions in various organizations, serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief People Officer at United Southwest Fuels, Advisor at The Presti Law Firm, and Board Advisor at Box2Box Tech Solutions Inc., among others. Katz has previously held significant roles such as Vice President of Human Resources at Function of Beauty and ZP Better Together, contributing to HR strategy and talent acquisition in fast-growing environments. Katz earned an MBA from Amberton University and a BA in Finance from Texas Lutheran University.
